My memory of now  Eric Ver  back in high school was  someone who fancied, pursued and later married Eva Orlino. Eva was a well known campus figure in high school.  I also remember that back then,   we sometimes  watched  members of the Model Platoon practice their drills in front of  the school or on a side street I now forgot the name.   And so I am not at all surprised that he chose the military path and has in fact rose to become a BGeneral! I salute you Sir!
