Introducing someone who bears the same surname as mine but not really sure if we are related.. i have unfortunately not made any formal acquaintance with Myrna during the batch's recent four day reunion activities.. there were just too much to take care of.. (sigh) am guilty of not being able to circulate around as much as i wanted to.. again the dizzying number of things to do and many of the things were really a first.. but enough of myself..

Myrna is statuesque.. looks young for her age.. no kidding.. she bears the confidence of a well-traveled person.. and from her fb info i gathered that she is based in California.. has two children? point is, she doesn't look it.. lucky girl..

Thank you,  Myrna for traveling thousands of miles to grace our reunion.. along with the rest of batch mates from abroad, we hope you enjoyed your trip as much as we had fun organizing it for you all!

Rolando Mendoza

Rollie and Family I think, Rolando 'Rollie' Mendoza was introduced to me by Veron de Guzman. I had quite a chat with him recently. That is quite a name, I mentioned. To be a namesake to an "infamous" man. And he says, yes, he's been teased about that for awhile. Rollie and family resides in the United States. I could guess that life's been good to him as well there; practically like all the rest of our Filipino compatriots who chose to try their luck, worked hard and succeeded. By the way, I spoke to him about our Jan or Dec 2012 Batch Reunion and Rollie  is pretty hopeful that he and wife might just join us.
