Announcement: From Board Member Lorna Callanta

Hello Batchmates!   The Ramon Magsaysay (Cubao) High School Alumni Association, Inc.(RMCHAAI) is launching an INTER-BATCH BOWLING TOURNAMENT this coming month, MAY,2011 to promote closer alumni relationship.

Playdates will be on MAY 07, 14, 21 and 28. Trophies and medals are at stake for declared individual winners, batch/group/team champions. There will be two divisions with four teams each division who will compete for championship.

Each team will consist of four or five batches and our BATCH 70 will play for TEAM C together with Batch 62, 80, and 89. Todate, we already have 4 batchmates joining the team but we are still in need of male batchmates to join Team C. Interested ?

Rolando Mendoza

Rollie and Family I think, Rolando 'Rollie' Mendoza was introduced to me by Veron de Guzman. I had quite a chat with him recently. That is quite a name, I mentioned. To be a namesake to an "infamous" man. And he says, yes, he's been teased about that for awhile. Rollie and family resides in the United States. I could guess that life's been good to him as well there; practically like all the rest of our Filipino compatriots who chose to try their luck, worked hard and succeeded. By the way, I spoke to him about our Jan or Dec 2012 Batch Reunion and Rollie  is pretty hopeful that he and wife might just join us.
