You don't look different but you have changed?

I will never forget Jing Valdelleon. My high school memories will not be complete without him. It was Jing's family owned bungalow that we used to party at  guess what time?

Would you believe,  noontime onwards..

Reminiscing this now makes me a smile, effervescently if I may, but sheepishly (oxymoron ata yun) because partying at noon is sooooo juvenile..

Ever the kind person that he is, Jing risked his "life" for us all noon party goers. Because,  I am not sure if his parents knew we were crashing in their house haha

Back to Jing,  here's what he shared with me and re-sharing here:

He has two children, a girl and a boy; the girl now 24, graduated from De La salle and is currently employed at Unilab. The boy now 22, is still studying at UPOU. He says I don't know his wife so there..

He and family remains based in Quezon City. Meanwhile, their  home in Kamias is still there.

Jing is in the home build and sell business. They buy pieces of real estate, constructs,   and then sells them. It is essentially his son who supervises the building part of the business, although he says, there are no engineers nor architects in the family.

He is also into food supplements and would like to launch his business through the internet. It looks like Jing has been busy keeping healthy through his supplements. Why not? :-) He says his health is going great with a very normal BP at this stage in his life. I understand that biking takes him to Eco Park, UP Diliman and UP Los Banos..

He ends his message with an offer to sell a rest house in Bay, Laguna, complete with swimming pool and jacuzzi, he says.. with hot spring... accessible and more... spoken like a true blue realtor..

Rolando Mendoza

Rollie and Family I think, Rolando 'Rollie' Mendoza was introduced to me by Veron de Guzman. I had quite a chat with him recently. That is quite a name, I mentioned. To be a namesake to an "infamous" man. And he says, yes, he's been teased about that for awhile. Rollie and family resides in the United States. I could guess that life's been good to him as well there; practically like all the rest of our Filipino compatriots who chose to try their luck, worked hard and succeeded. By the way, I spoke to him about our Jan or Dec 2012 Batch Reunion and Rollie  is pretty hopeful that he and wife might just join us.
