Bessie Baldovino

Bessie used to be our classmate way back our freshman year at Ramon. We were togther until we were in junior year. I know that for sure because we had this "barkada" called MEBS which basically meant Marilou-Edwina-Bessie-Susan. The four of us always hang out together, studying, doing our assignments, chatting, eating, or watching  Ramon's Model Platoon rehearse on New Orleans Street.

When there was an opportunity after our classes, we visited each other's house. Almost always it was Bessie's house we went to,  because their placewas the nearest to our school. Sometimes, it would be Susan's. She lived a few blocks in Kamias. Meanwhile, Edwina lived in Quirino, while I lived the farthest, in Murphy which is now known as Camp Aguinaldo.

Here are Bessie's pics which I freely grabbed from her fb profile. She is with her family in the United States.

Her son is in the military service. She has a grandchild, another coming soon  from this son.  Her daughter, an elementary school teacher,  is still single but marrying sometime soon. She lives with Bessie.

For  23 years Bessie has been a nurse and now occupies, I think a managerial position. She also  teaches at a  community college. Doesn't she look lovely? Prettier than before? Astig! :-)
